What this service is

Gold Coast Tree Pros is a referral service. It introduces people who need tree work on the Gold Coast to an independent, licensed local tree business that services their zone: North, Central or South Gold Coast. It does not carry out tree work, does not employ arborists, and is not a party to any agreement you make with the tree business.

Using this service is free. Gold Coast Tree Pros is operated by Jessy Hart Digital Marketing (ABN 52 475 086 324), a Queensland sole trader. Contact: [email protected].

Estimates are not quotes

Price figures published on this site are estimates drawn from third-party published guides, shown with their source and the date they were read. They are provided for general guidance so you can budget and sanity-check a quote.

They are not quotes, not offers, and not binding on anyone. The only binding figure is the written quote the tree business gives you after assessing your job. Prices change, and the figures here may be out of date by the time you read them.

No guarantee of price, availability or outcome

We do not guarantee that a tree business will contact you, that they will be available in a particular timeframe, that they will quote a particular price, or that they will agree to do the work. We pass enquiries on promptly, usually the same business day, but we give no commitment about how quickly the tree business will contact you.

The tree business is responsible for its own work

Any contract for tree work is between you and the tree business. They are responsible for the work they perform, for their own licensing, qualifications and insurance, for workplace safety, and for obtaining or advising on any council approval required.

Gold Coast Tree Pros is not liable for the work the tree business performs or fails to perform, for any loss or damage arising from it, or for any dispute between you and them. We only refer to businesses that tell us they hold the licences and public liability insurance their work needs, but we do not verify those claims for you. Satisfy yourself about qualifications and insurance before work starts, and ask to see a certificate of currency.

Information on this site is general

Content on this site, including council rules, legal rules about neighbouring trees, insurance commentary and safety guidance, is general information only, published in good faith and sourced where stated. It is not legal advice, financial advice or professional arboricultural advice about your particular tree.

Rules change. Where a rule matters to your decision, check the authority we cite (the City of Gold Coast, the Queensland Government, Energex or Queensland SES) before acting on it.

Your responsibilities when you submit an enquiry
